We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order. The nature of our custom work means that each product is created to your requirements and cannot be put back on the shelf to be used again if you cancel the order.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed, usually within 1 business day.
